About SkyPlotter

Aerial Intelligence for the Industries That Build the World

SkyPlotter LLC delivers high-resolution aerial data for construction, infrastructure, and energy projects across the United States and the European Union.

Who We Are

An Aerial Data Company Built on Precision, Not Promises

SkyPlotter LLC is a commercial drone services company headquartered in Florida, serving clients in the United States and the European Union. We use enterprise-grade drone platforms equipped with photogrammetry cameras, LiDAR scanners, and radiometric thermal sensors to capture high-resolution aerial data, then convert it into structured engineering deliverables — terrain models, point clouds, thermal anomaly reports, and volumetric calculations — for use in construction, solar, and utility workflows.

Our field operations are executed through a vetted network of certified remote pilots: FAA Part 107 in the United States, and EASA Open Category A1, A2, and A3 in the European Union under EU Regulation 2019/947. Every flight follows a written specification — overlap, altitude, ground control, sensor calibration — so that two visits to the same site produce comparable, repeatable data. We do not deliver raw imagery or unprocessed scans. Every deliverable is georeferenced, structured, and ready to integrate into your CAD or GIS environment.

Our multi-sensor approach lets project teams consolidate photogrammetry, LiDAR, and thermal capture into a single mobilization. That eliminates the need for multiple vendors, reduces site disruption, and compresses project timelines. Whether the requirement is a topographic terrain model for a corridor, a volumetric report for a quarry, or a thermal inspection of a solar array, SkyPlotter delivers engineering-grade aerial data with documented methodology.

SkyPlotter LLC is not a licensed land surveyor. Deliverables are not legal boundary determinations or certified surveys. Where a certified survey is required, we work alongside licensed surveyor partners.

Leadership

The Person You Work With

SkyPlotter is owner-managed. From your first call to your final deliverable, you talk to the same person. There is no call center, no generic platform handoff — the same person who scopes your project handles delivery and quality control end to end.

Maikel Mario Perez Pantoja founded SkyPlotter LLC in 2025 to bring enterprise-grade aerial data to commercial clients across the US and EU. His background combines hands-on drone operations and photogrammetric data processing with B2B sales experience and an understanding of both FAA Part 107 and EASA regulatory environments. He runs every client engagement personally.

Every engagement runs through a single point of contact at SkyPlotter. Field execution is delivered by a vetted network of certified remote pilots operating under written flight specifications, with quality control and deliverable formatting managed in-house against documented methodology.

— Why SkyPlotter

Why Teams Choose SkyPlotter

Engineering-grade data, structured deliverables, and reliable execution on every project.

Engineering-Grade Methodology

Every dataset is captured against a written flight specification — overlap, altitude, ground control, sensor calibration — and processed under documented QA. Project-specific accuracy targets are agreed in advance and stated in the deliverable.

Structured Deliverables

CAD- and GIS-ready output formats — not raw photos or unprocessed scans. Orthomosaics, digital terrain models, classified point clouds, and volumetric reports formatted for direct integration into your existing design and analysis tools.

Multi-Sensor Platform

Photogrammetry, LiDAR, and thermal imaging consolidated into a single mobilization. One vendor, one crew, one visit — complete aerial intelligence captured across all three sensor modalities in a coordinated run.

Predictable Turnaround

Standard projects deliver within the timeline agreed in your Statement of Work. Our processing pipeline is built for repeatability so you can plan around when the data lands, not hope.

FAA + EASA Certified Pilots

Every flight is executed by a certified remote pilot in our vetted network: FAA Part 107 in the United States, and EASA Open Category A1, A2, and A3 in the European Union under EU Regulation 2019/947.

Operations & Reach

Where We Operate

SkyPlotter LLC is headquartered in Florida, USA, with field operations executed through a vetted network of certified remote pilots across the continental United States and the European Union — with current EU coverage focused on Germany.

In the United States, all operations are conducted under FAA Part 107. Where a project requires controlled-airspace access, we secure LAANC authorization or Part 107 waivers in advance.

In the European Union, our pilots operate under EU Regulation 2019/947 with EASA Open Category A1, A2, and A3 authorizations, coordinated with national aviation authorities (in Germany, the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt and the relevant Bundesland authority) and U-Space requirements where applicable.

— Why SkyPlotter

Why Teams Trust SkyPlotter

Engineering-grade methodology, structured deliverables, and reliable execution. The difference between SkyPlotter and a hobbyist with a consumer drone is what happens before, during, and after the flight.

Enterprise Drone Platforms

We operate enterprise-grade drone platforms equipped with photogrammetry cameras, LiDAR scanners, and radiometric thermal sensors — not consumer drones repurposed for commercial work. Multi-sensor capability and rigorous flight specification means the data is built for engineering use from the moment of capture.

Vetted, Certified Pilot Network

Field operations are executed through a vetted network of certified remote pilots: FAA Part 107 in the United States, and EASA Open Category A1, A2, and A3 in the European Union under EU Regulation 2019/947. LAANC, Part 107 waivers, and U-Space coordination are handled in advance where required.

Repeatable, Documented Methodology

Every flight follows a written specification — overlap, altitude, ground control, sensor calibration — so that two visits to the same site produce comparable, repeatable data. Project-specific accuracy targets are agreed in advance and stated in the deliverable.
